ReConstruct Bio: making the science feel human.

A Harvard-spun biotech building living tissue implants for breast reconstruction. The science is extraordinary and easy to make cold. The site's whole job is to keep the patient in the room while the technology earns trust.

00The opening

Living tissue, not a cold device.

The hero leads with a vascular, almost botanical image and a warm serif, biology and humanity, not medtech sterility. One line names the category shift: living tissue implants. The brand picks a side in the first second.

01The stakes

Start with the patient, not the product.

Before a word about technology, the page opens on “1 in 8 women.” The lone terracotta italic on breast cancer is the only color in a field of paper. Human stakes earn the right to explain the science.

02The evidence

Three numbers. No chart.

75 / 60 / 50, set huge in the client’s serif. No infographic, no icons, no decoration. The restraint is the persuasion, the numbers are trusted precisely because nothing is dressing them up.

03The enemy

Name what fails, plainly.

“Today’s options fail women.” Synthetic implants and flap surgery are framed honestly as trade-offs, not strawmen. You can’t introduce a third way until you’ve named why the first two fall short.

04The reveal

Show the thing once.

After folds of pure type, a single full-bleed shot of the living implant. It’s arresting because the page withheld imagery until now. One hero moment, spent deliberately.

05The science

Make the complexity legible.

Harvest → Build → Restore, numbered in calm serif. Proprietary 3D-bioprinting at Harvard’s Wyss Institute reduced to three human moments. Hard science, plain language.

06The proof

Borrow the credibility you earned.

Wyss, Harvard, the American Cancer Society, MedTech Innovator, the validation wall arrives late, after the story has done its work. Evidence without raising its voice.

07The close

End on the promise, not the ask.

“Restoring what was lost. Naturally.” The through-line resolves and the CTA stays quiet. The page asks softly because it already earned the yes.

A brand is a system
or it’s a costume.

Every decision here keeps the user in frame while the work earns its trust. The system holds across every fold, which is the only test that matters.
