The approach

Brands that
don’t break.

Most brands get torn down and rebuilt every eighteen months, not because the company changed, but because nobody designed the brand to hold in the first place. I build the kind that holds.

The tools change every five years. The eye doesn’t. Trends rotate, platforms die, every agency chases the same template, and the brands that survive it are the ones built on judgment, not fashion. My whole job is that judgment: deciding what stays the same while everything else moves.

Strip until it breaks.
Then add one thing back.
The method
01

Strip until it breaks

Before adding anything, I find the one true thing the brand can’t live without, and cut everything that isn’t it. Most brands are drowning in decoration that’s doing damage. The audit is where the cutting starts.

02

Build the system, not the moment

One beautiful screen means nothing if it falls apart on the next one. I build identity as governance, type, color, voice, and logic that flow from a single source of truth, so every surface agrees with every other. Apple-grade discipline, startup-grade speed.

03

Hold the line

The hard part isn’t launching the brand, it’s keeping it intact as the company triples and a hundred hands touch it. I set the rules and stay on call to defend them, so the brand you ship at Series A is still recognizably yours at IPO.

What I believe

Impact first

If you have to explain the hierarchy, it failed. The work either stops you or it doesn’t exist.

Type is the design

If the typography can’t carry it alone, the design is weak. Letters have weight, attitude, voice.

Earned minimalism

Not the minimalism of nothing to add, the minimalism of knowing exactly what to remove.

Silence has weight

What a brand doesn’t say is part of the design. Confidence knows when to stop talking.

Someone has to
taste the soup.

Let’s build the one
that doesn’t break.

It starts with an honest look at what you’ve got. No pitch, no obligation.

Or keep looking like every other startup. Your call.
